When we receive your registration for Los Angeles Institute of Clinical Dentistry & Ruiz Dental Seminars Inc., you will receive an email confirmation with complete information about your course. Payment Schedule
At the time of registration, the registration fees must be paid in full to Los Angeles Institute of Clinical Dentistry & Ruiz Dental Seminars Inc.. We must receive any cancellations in writing or e-mail. If you cancel 30 or more days before the course’s start, you will receive a full refund. A cancellation within 30 days will receive no refund, but your credit will be transferred to your next course. If a cancellation is made within two weeks, the individual will receive 50% credit for a future course. Any second-time cancellation or no-show will not receive a refund.
Course Retake
If you would like to retake a lecture or workshop, you can do so at a 50% discounted rate.
Special Rates
– If you are a current dental student (with a student ID), you can attend any lecture or workshop at a discount of 50%.
– Any recent graduate (5 years or less) will receive 30% off any workshop. In addition, they can receive discounts on our modern dentistry continuum.
– If you refer a new participant, you will receive 25% off any lecture or workshop that your referral attends.
