One of the courses we offer at the Los Angeles Institute of Clinical Dentistry & Ruiz Dental Seminars Inc. is a “Mastering Diagnosis, Treatment Planning; a Team Approach” workshop. This two-day, hands-on workshop allows you to join other dental professionals seeking to learn as a team how important proper patient diagnosis is to your practice’s success and to keep your patients happy and well served.

What You Will Learn

  • How vital properly diagnosing occlusal disease is to the best health of your patient.
  • How to communicate more effectively with your team.
  • Why Supra-gingival Dentistry is beneficial for your patients and how your team can educate your patients so that they are on board with receiving superior, healthier dental care when they come to your practice.
  • Your team will learn how to take patient photographs so that they can be used as part of their patients’ diagnosis.
  • You will practice basic cast mounting to allow you to use facebow to precisely measure your patient’s facial structure for dental prosthodontics without having to make multiple adjustments for the esthetics and occlusions later.
  • Your team will learn the why’s of educating and motivating the patient to be an active participant in their treatment and your practice success.
  • You’ll learn why it’s so important to know the 4 Hippocrates personalities and how to motivate your team to better help their patients.
  • Learn the steps you need to take from that first phone call to the final “YES” as the patient accepts and agrees to support treatment for their optimal dental health.

At the end of the workshop, you will have earned 16 CE hours with an investment of $2,799.00 (this includes 2 assistants with an additional cost of $399 for each additional assistant, up to 4 total). The workshop will be held on October 23-24, 2020 at our Los Angeles Institute of Clinical Dentistry in Studio City, CA. We welcome you to reach out for more information or to sign up for the workshop by calling 818-729-9121 or registering online.
