Ready to Take the Next Step With Our Applied Occlusion & Diagnosis Workshop?

Posted .

At the Los Angeles Institute of Clinical Dentistry, we have been teaching dentists around the world our supra-gingival dentistry approach for many years. Led by Dr. Jose-Luis Ruiz who pioneered this revolutionary field, this course has taught dentists how to use these minimally invasive treatment techniques to benefit their client’s oral health and overall health.

If you have completed our Implementing Occlusal Therapy Workshop Level 1, and are ready to take the next step by learning these practical techniques, then you will want to sign up for our follow-up course, Restoring Worn Dentition and Complex cases: Applied Occlusion & Diagnosis Level 2. This two-day workshop is being offered from October 24-25 of this year at our Los Angeles, CA, location.

After this course, you will learn the skills needed to engage your patients in providing full mouth rehabilitation that involves healthier, more conservative alternatives. In some of your patient cases, you will learn how to apply these techniques in stages over the years to solve your patient’s oral issues. Likewise, you will learn how to develop your own confidence in applying these beneficial techniques.

In this course, you will learn the following:

-Dr. Jose-Luis Ruiz’s evidence-based techniques to treat a patient’s worn dentition using complex full-mouth rehabilitation.
-How to diagnose and treat the patient with the smile design system you learned in your previous workshop – the DFED system and Occlusal Disease Management System.
-Through simulation, you will complete two cases, from diagnosis to temporization to the finished restoration and how to adjust the device for occlusion.

Communicating with your lab, taking bite records, staging a case over time, and bite adjustment and follow-up will also be taught at this workshop.

If you would like to sign up for this course before it is sold out, we urge you to give our team a call at 818-729-9121 to answer any questions or to register. You can also register online. We look forward to seeing you in October!
