Payment Schedule
At the time when you register for your courses, the registration fees will need to be paid in full to the Los Angeles Institute of Clinical Dentistry & Ruiz Dental Seminars Inc. If something arises and you need to cancel the course, you will need to let us know in writing or via e-mail. If you made your cancellations 30 days before the course is to be held, you will receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel within 30 days, however, you will not be receiving a refund. Instead, your credit will be transferred to the next course. If you make a cancellation within two weeks you will receive 50% credit for your future course with us. If you should have a second cancellation for your course or fail to show up, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Course Retakes
Should you desire to, you are welcome to retake any lecture or workshop for a second time at a 50% discounted rate.
Special Rates
-You are also eligible to attend any lecture or workshop at a 50% discount if you are currently a dental student with a student ID.
-If you are a recent graduate (within five years or less) will receive 30% off any workshop and can also receive additional discounts on our modern dentistry continuum.
-If you refer a new participant you will receive 25% off any lecture or workshop your referring participant attends.
